Our Personalised Home Delivery Service aims to deliver all furniture items, big or small, within 1 to 4 business days. We'll find the perfect day to bring them right into your home. Choose your speed, choose your comfort, and get ready to welcome your new furniture!
Most of our furniture is in stock. However, certain items are made to order based on the chosen color, size, or combination, which may take a bit longer to arrive
For items not in stock, we aim to deliver them within 8 to 12 weeks after placing an order. This information will be displayed if the product is currently available for pre-order.
Pricing and additional details?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise quoted. Delivery to Perth Metro suburbs starts from $65, based on distance, or you can pick up your items for free from either of our Welshpool or Port Kennedy warehouse locations.
Shipping costs are determined by your postcode (unless otherwise quoted) at checkout. You can also use the Shipping Fee Calculator in the dropdown menu at the bottom of each product page or refer to the table below.
As soon as your items are ready for dispatch from our warehouse, we’ll call you to let you know and advise when you can expect delivery. We'll propose a delivery date and time frame. Our delivery driver will give you a call 30 to 60 minutes prior to the delivery to let you know the most updated delivery timing and schedule.
All items will be delivered to the room of your choice on the ground floor. However, please ensure the items will fit through doors and staircases in their packaging before placing your order. You are responsible for noting the size and dimensions of the furniture to ensure it fits in the designated room, as well as through hallways, doorways, and stairwells.
Can i pick up myself?
Pick up is available for free at no extra charge from our two convenient warehouse locations.
Pickup cutoff times are strictly 30 minutes before store closing time.
Please note, you must provide your own transportation materials (strapping, rope, protective coverings), as these are not provided.

Assembly:
Please note that some items from our store are flat-packed and require assembly. Instruction manuals will be provided for these items and can be found in the link below, which include beds, dining tables, and sofa lounges. Most other items do not require assembly, as they come in one solid piece.
Please be advised that delivery and pickup do not include assembly. Items are delivered and picked up in their original form unless otherwise negotiated at the time of invoicing. Direct Furniture reserves the right to charge an assembly fee if required, starting from $35 for bed frames and $35 for sofas.
